COVID-19 Policies

If you  enjoy The Hermitage Steak House as a dine in guest, or are picking up a to go or curb side order we’d like to thank you  for your support over this past year. The health and safety of our guests and team has always been our top priority and due to the pandemic we’ve enhanced that priority even further.

 

WHAT WE ARE DOING

Following the CDC and all TN state and local health directives This includes: staff wearing masks (except for exempted staff),  extra hand washing by our staff, reduced seating to comply with social distancing directives and party size seating, bar seating not available, drinks served at your table by a server, extra commercial disinfecting cleaning procedures through out the restaurant, hand sanitizer available, salad attendants take your salad order from our salad bar and deliver it to your table.

WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CUSTOMERS

All customers are required to wear masks when entering or inside our restaurant and not dining.  This includes moving about the restaurant and when going to the restroom.  If you do not have a mask we can provide you a mask for a $1.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not want to comply with our mask requirement

To be as safe as possible, we are requesting that parties arrive on time and together. Due to seating capacities, we may ask that you wait outside until your reservation time if all your party has not arrived. We are happy to give you a call when your table is ready and a hostess will be at the door ready to assist you.
